X4S upside down?

Re, X4S range extender (same as EX7500, right?) The picture shows it plugged into an outlet with the safety ground prong on the bottom . I install my outlets with it on the top. How will it work upside down?

Should really effect. Only issue would be good air flow for heat disapation would be a concern. The Ext does get pretty warm. If your have concerns, I would get a extension cord or maybe a a power strip to use so you can place the ext correctly up and down as the intended design was for.

I would change the wall out let so the plug in is correctly up right. Standard plug installation for wall outlets is ground pin on the bottom. You can just turn the wall out let around and screw it back in and put the cover plate back on.

I know there is controversy about which way to install outlets, but I have my reasons.  My question is, how will it affect signal propagation, etc.
