1 or 2 red lights, reset didn't help
I know someone with the same problem. 1 or 2 red lights, reset didn't help. No wifi, when I hardwire a PC to it, a white light comes on but still no internet. Wifi analyzer shows no carrier.

On what device?
Usuall y a red light indicates a boot error or a hardware failure. You can try recovering it with tftp or nmrpflash.
also, are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
