5G on N300WNR2000v4

N300 WNR2000 v4 The box says "Simultaneous Dual Band--runs 2.4 and 5GHz bands concurrently" but it connects only at 2.4. How do I get it to connect at 5?

Most likely because you have a router after router (double NAT). What's the device in front of the NETGEAR router?
