8 month old Netgear Nighthawk (still under warranty) died 8/15

8 month old Netgear Nighthawk (still under warranty) died 8/15.  Set up a case #.  3 days of back and fourth as support seemed response.  Then they went dark with no plan or solution in place.  My son has a netgear router so I borrowed his power cord and it worked.  With zero help from support I determined the power cord to be the problem.  8/22 I reported my findings that the router was fine and all I need is a new power cord.  8/23 they sent an update asking for the part# and my shipping address. I responded the same day with requested information.  As of 9/2 I have not heard anything from Netgear support.  I've had no WiFI for almost 3 weeks.  Does anyone have suggestions as to how to get netgear to respond.   RIDICULOUS!!!
