8 way switch FS 108
Hi can anyone please help I have just had talktalk fast fiber fitted 500mb I am getting 500mb from the router to the 8 way switch but when measured from the out side of the 8 way switch to the tv I only get 90mb is this a limited 0utput from each port on the switch and do I need a switch that will let 500mb through each port.
many thanks to all

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the Product Data Sheet. Read. Look for "1000"
or "gigabit".When the FS108 was designed, 100Mb/s was considered "Fast".

"0utput" and "Input". Ethernet is bidirectional.

Yes. Look for a model whose specs mention "1000" or "gigabit".
