AC1000 R6080 won’t connect to IP Address
Okay so my router all of a sudden doesn’t recognize my IP address. The internet light is amber. I’ve tried all sorts of resets. How can I figure this out?!
What modem/gateway do you have it connected to?
what firmware is on the router?
do wired devices work?
- Not sure about modem! Think it’s the new fiber setup though! The city installed it! Just updated the firmware V1.0.0.46. Don’t have any wired devices that I can use to check!
Check the modem/gateway/ont. You can get nat issues if the gateway has its own integrated router (which many do)
