OK, first I have to tell you I am not very tech savvy.
Main router in office is TP-Link C8.
Netgear AP router in house is Model 6 AX 1800 Dual Band AP WAX202.
BTW, the ports on the Ueevii bridge only handle 100Mbps.
Now, how do I check the LAN port for connection rate on the AP router?

If your Ueevii is only supporting of 100Mpbs, then this would be causing the bottle neck and slower speeds seen. You should get something to replace this unit that supports 1000Mpbs.
The WAX202 supports 1000Mpbs connection rates. If you connected the WAX to the TP Link, it should report it's connection rate there. The spec sheet for the WAX202 also gives supported LAN port connect
