ac1200 nighthawk router double band r6120

I need help with firmware. it did not load properly I have watched many videos and nothing is working.

    what do you mean it didn't load properly? 

    What actually happended? 

    What error are you getting? 

    or what issue is the router having? 

    Just need more info than it didn't load properly.
