Ac1200 router-Have internet but there's an issue between the router and modem. Won't send out wifi

R6220. The internet was working with Ethernet hooked up to Xbox, then we hooked up the router and nothing is working now. There's still internet but no devices can connect.

1. Are your devices able to go online when wired to the router?
