AC1600 R6260 Smart Router.

This is my experience and also other friends experience with the AC1600 R6260 "smart" router, not impressive product and so, SO many issues configuring/accessing the router.  I have setup the admin password so many times plus the fact that you have to do a 30 second reset button press 3 times in a row to just reset the router and at the end after the first login/setup the router, you are never able to log back in if want to make changes....and you can guess the next step? RESET the stupid router AGAIN (30 seconds reset button press 3 times in a row), such a pain to manage/config this piece of crap. I always used Belkin or Linksysa and I wanted to give a try to Netgear Nighthawk and the experience with this piece of crap router is been a nightmare.  You lost my business and also gained a BAD reputation and it is the last time I will ever buy a Netgear product.

  • I've never needed to reset a product 3x to get it working properly.
