AC1600 Smart Wifi Router(R6260) is having Port

AC1600 Smart Wifi Router(R6260) is having Port issue , it is detected byu Laptop and other gadgets but NO Internet

    You'll have to tell us a bit more before anyone can begin to guess what might be going on.

     

    By "port issue", do you mean that the wired ethernet doesn't work?

     

    What is detected by "Laptop and other gadgets"? Wifi or wired connections?

     

    What do the LEDs on the R6260 look like? Is the Internet LED the right colour? (green)

     

    Does your modem/gateway in front of the router get an Internet connection?

     

    What is that modem? Make and model?

     

    Manuals are always a good place to start.

    Visit the support pages:

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

    Check the section in the manual Troubleshooting.

     

    You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.

    I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
