Hello,
I found the solution to my problem.
I noticed that the middle light of the TP Link Powerline adapter in the room where the router is was off. I then brought the TP Link Powerline adapter from the bedroom, paired them, plugged the one back in the bedroom, and everything worked.

What are all the led's on the AP doing?
If you move it to where the primary router is and direct wire it in (not through powerline) does it work?
Powerline is prone to interference and I just want to make sure the issue isn't coming from the powerline
