ac1750 firmware update
So product mgt didn't think this through. Have a new AC1750 to replace existing cable modem. The Setup will not complete due to older firm ware, but you cannot update the firmware with the nighth...
Is this a modem/router combo device? An actual model number helps.
If so, set it up using the browser and not the app. Works faster/better in my opinion.
Also, did you get it provisioned by your isp? Might have to call them to do so
