What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
Is it working?
what firmware version did you install?

My modem is through cable provider Spectrum Model EN2251 is on the modem. The latest firmware 1.0.4.122 we did it yesterday. The internet is working I just cannot login to the IP address 192.168.1.1 as an admin to monitor my devices. The nighthawk app states it cannot find my router. So I reboot, reset everything and nothing is working. I just wish I never updated that darn firmware.

Have you checked to see if its at that gateway address?
Pull up a command prompt in windows and type ipconfig
That'll tell you what the gateway address is.
- MALCOLM1265Jan 08, 2022GuideIt says it’s the default gateway..

so you're caught in a catch-22.
The next thing I'd recommend would be a factory reset and reinstall. But if it does the same behavior, you wouldn't be able to access it to reinstall it. You'd have to try to recover it using the tftp method of forcing firmware to it.
