AC1750 R6400 Nighthawk router

hello, been having issues since i got it, for whatever reason the router is capping my upload speed on LAN to a max of .6mbps.

currently subscribed to 5m upload, but when i hookup wireless with my phone, my phone is able to get a 6.2m upload.....what is making my wired connection so slow, i am having webpages drop before i can load them

 

ALSO, WHY WILL NETGEAR NOT LET ME INPUT AS AN R6400....

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Have you tried resetting the router?

    3. Does the issue persist on your other wired device/s?
