AC1750 R6400 Updated firmware to latest version, now internet not working

I checked the internet directly from the modem and it works great with speeds even above my package.
So it is not an isp or modem issue I think.
The internet came back spontaneously through the router for few days but has been slow , way below my package which is 200 mbps but I have been getting 9 through the router.
Today I am back to the non working status where it says good connection status yet nothing is working.
I tried mac spoofing using the pc mac and then the modem mac but neither worked, they changed the internet status to not connected.
