AC1750 R6400v2 - blinking orange power light
AC1750 model R6400v2 router:
Something went wrong when trying to do firmware update per 1/7/22 email from Netgear. Had blinking orange power LED. Tech said to do factory reset, and we did all the restart steps with modem and this router, but still have blinking orange power LED, and wifi LED does not light up.

- wcalifasProdigySounds like it got bricked during the firmware upgrade. You can try unblinking it with the tftp method, there's several videos on youtube that show you how it's done, search how to unbridled a router with tftp.
You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
