My router AC750 is not connected to internet and I cannot login to my nighthawk app as well

- what router do you have? AC1750 and AC750 (you put both) are speeds, not models.
- what modem/gateway is it connected to?
- is this as new device? New modem? What changed?
- what error do you get?
- What have you tried to do to fix the issue?
