After putting in the IP settings (Static IP address) the router doesn't get the speeds set by internet provider (Logix Communications).
After consultation with Logix I was told that the WAN needs to be set at "100 Full" and I couldn't find that setting on the device.
So right now instead of a 50mbps up/down I am getting 10mbps download and 50mbps upload, so I assume the current WAN settings are "Auto" on the WAN of the AC1750 Router and cannot be modified?
So now I am getting data collisions and slower internet than expected.
I need to find out if this is fixable or to return this product for refund. I updated the firmware to latest, still no dice.
I've confirmed my internet provider has no issues with a much older Linksys router with WAN set to "100 Full".
Thanks.Just a heads up.. No home router vendors provide ports that you can manually configure, they all use auto negotiation settings. So, your ISP will have to to set their port speed to auto, or provide you a router that supports port speed settings..

Try speed test without router. Connect device directly to modem. Do you get full speed?
I'd try this first.
