AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router(C6300v2) - Netgear Has lost a customer

I bought a  AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router(C6300v2) in 2019 and had isuues with dropping signals and speeds. Over the course of 2019 I called and complained to Comcast and every time they said their service was fine and every time I called Netgear they would walk me through resetting the router and said their hardware was fine. I was confused how could my modem and internet be fine but I was still having issues? 2020 came around and I had the same issues but lived with it until my wife started working from home due to covid-19. She was not able to use RDP reliably for more than 10 minutes. The last time I talked to netgear they said my porduct was out of warenty and I would have to pay for support. So i bought an Arris modem/router and my internet works fine now. No issues with speed or RPD. I am furious how much money I spent on the Netgear modem/ router and that Netgear couldn't figure out it was a problem. I am also upset this is the only place I could post this because all support is prodcut specific. You have lost a customer
