AC1750 won't accept security question answers.
Everytime I try to log in to my router's program page, I can't get the password right. When I try for recovery, it won't accept my answers for security questions. (place of birth, sister's name) Any ...

"AC1750" is a speed, not a model number. Ever helpful, Netgear
product packaging emphasizes speeds like "ACxxxx", but that's not the
model identifier. Look at the product label.

Is that accurate?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for
"Factory Default Settings". Then reconfigure the (modem+)router.

Thank you for your help with this. I now have all reset and am able to access my router via the browser. When I looked up the model for the owner's manual, I found that the model # is R6700/AC1750. Had a bit of trouble getting the internet connection back up, but all is well now. Thanks for your help!!
