Access point not working

If you can see the wifi from the access point, look for its IP address.
I use the Network Map in the desktop genie.
genie | Product | Support | NETGEAR
Then aim a browser at the IP address.
I've managed to figure out problem. I have a long 25m ethernet which I have used for years, although when I unplugged from router and tested in nearby tv it worked, it must not be working as good as when I moved my netgear router closer to main router and tested with 2m ethernet it was working perfectly. Its strange how it works fine with TV but router to router stopped working!
