This all started when I lost access to the internet over last weekend. Shastabean (microwave dish) is my internet provider. Last Monday the dish was raised by 4 ft after which I got back on line with no problem for 3 hr & then I shut down the MAC Mini. The next morning the Wifi connection was lost. I connacted MAC support with no results. I played around with the different MAC sugestions on Wed & got connected. After completing my tasks, I shut OS down again. Thurday morning I couldn't connect to the internet again. Fiddling around again I was able to connect again.
Prior to the raising the micro dish I always shut the MAC & never lost Wifi connection on the next reboot.

You need to work out how to set up your computer to connect to the wifi when it boots up.
This is not something that is in the hands of your Netgear router, whatever that might be.
wireless ver V1.0.0.70 tells us nothing useful.

That's about the same empty post as before ...
Netgear device model, firmware version?
Wireless or wired Ethernet?..
