All devices get "connection not secure"

Orbi Mesh RBR50v2

 

Every device (laptops, android phones, ipads) on my network is getting a connection not secure error for any website.  Why does this happen?  Do I have some security issue and need to redo the network?

    Why does this happen? 

     

    Perhaps your browser has implemented an other set of severe security constraints. Wouldn't be the first time.

     

    What makes you think the router is involved?

      Because if I use my hotspot for these devices I don't get the error

        I forgot to add that it's Chrome

         

        So my phone, my son's ipad, my work laptop, my husbands work laptop all get the error.  

         

        When I logged into my work laptop using my hotspot it was fine and I didn't get the error
