Allow ping to isolated guest network

Is there a way to keep the guest network isolated (can't see LAN, can't see other guest users) but still allow me to ping it from the LAN?

I use my guest network for my IoT devices to keep them firewalled, but I would like to be able to ping them with Nagios.
