Am I missing something

The modem was conneted for 3 months with no problems until the new fridge blew out the fuse box.

After that the modem would not connect backup, plus I could not get to the user interface so I fatory reset it and got back in, But still can't get it to reconnect to my isp by dsl.

I have a solid green light on the dsl and a solid amber light on the internet, I have check my isp settting there all correct, but I have notice when I run the test it stopps at "connecting to server" and say it is "off" so dose any one know why?

The modem looks to be working fine as I have for now got the dsl running though the chinese toilet modem and that pluged that into the internet port on the netgear for the past month so we can have some internet service while trying to get this fixed.
