Archive not readable.

I can’t seem to download any of the updates. When it asked me if I’d like to try a password, I try my password, then my security questions and it keeps saying my answers are incorrect but I know that they’re right

       Huh?  Says who?  When you do what?

       "can't"?  "seem"?  Not a useful problem description.  It does not say
    what you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
    showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
    messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
    descriptions or interpretations.  Any actual information might be more
    helpful than "can't seem to".

       "it"?  _Which_ "my password"?


       Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
    for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for "Types of
    Logins" and "Factory Settings".  Further reading might not hurt, either.

       Did you ever set them?  Many Netgear router models/firmware versions
    have buggy password recovery programming, and will ask questions for
    which it doesn't know the answers, leading to minimal progress.  In
    such a case, you might resort to a settings reset, to restore the
    default credentials.
