Automatic firmware update not working

I've had several messages over the last few months telling me that firmware updates are available. I login to the Insight app which tells me an update is available but I can't force the update because I have automatic updates enabled. I login to orbilogin.com, and go to firmware update in the advanced settings, which then tells me there is no update available, even though I'm on 2.5.3.110. It also will not let me choose the radio button for Manual firmware update. Clicking on the manual tab doesn't provide me with an option to upload a file for the SRR60--just the SRS60, and uploading that file gives me a message that it's the wrong file for the device.

Can someone please offer a suggestion on how to get these devices updated?
