You're talking about using 2x POE adapters/injectors to power the orbi so you don't have to plug the orbi into a wall outlet?
Only problem I've see with this isn't the data transfer issue but the POE injectors/adapters supplying enough power to run the orbi.

Sorry, I should have been more clear, I would use the ethernet POE devices to connect the two Orbi's as if they were next to each other and patch together with ethernet. I would still power the Orbi with proper power supply etc.
I was just wondering if the wired backhaul was a better config than using wireless.

Do you mean using a powerline device?
Not sure what the benefit of ethernet over powerline if you're going to be powering seperate.
