You're out of warranty and support period. Support is only free for the first 90 days. Its on the box. Its not hidden.
I don't know of a company that will provide free technical advise 2 years after a product has been purchased to get another companies product working.
but you do have the option of using this communities forum as well as the somfy support and community to get it working.
did you check with somfy since its their product on getting it working?
Or if its an actual IFTTT issue, check with the IFTTT community?
