Block Internet but keep access to LAN devices
Hello, I have a NAS on my local network. Router is Nighthawk R7000. I would like to block all Internet access to/from it, but would like to have devices on my LAN still be able to access it. ...

Thanks - the issue I'm having, though, is not with the NAS itself, but rather with the router. If I enable all connectivity on the router, I can get the NAS to work fine, just the way I want it to. What I'm trying to do, though, is to block Internet access to/from the NAS, while also letting it continue to communicate with my devices on the LAN. From what I've tried so far, it's been all or nothing - either it has access to Internet and LAN, or nothing at all. I just want to disable Internet only.

But you said that you wanted to keep the NAS off the Internet.
If the NAS isn't configured to connect to the Internet to do stuff why do you need the router to intervene?

Sorry - maybe wasn't clear in my description. All things normal, the NAS does indeed have access to Internet, as well as my LAN. What I want to do is disable Internet access at the router level so that the NAS can not communicate with anything outside my LAN. I want it to be able to communicate with my LAN devices only and nothing else.
