You aren't likely to find anyone here with much experience of that device or BT TV. You have posted in the section of this community given over to General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk).

Many questions apply to different types of device, so there may be useful responses here, but the Orbi system is unlike the standard routers covered here so you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. I'd guess, no more than that, that there are more Orbi users in the BT community than there are BT users in the Orbi bit of this place. Have you tried there?
