C6220 no internet

I have already called my Internet provider, but there is no internet connection. I've unplugged the router 2, 5, and 10 min at a time. I've cycled the button on the back off and on twice for two seconds. When I connect to the wifi I am directed to netgear admin page. Any suggestions?

  • What are all the led's showing? 

    If the ISP is showing it offline, have you checked the coax connection?

    move the the modem to right where the coax enters the home.
