Try a different browser. 

Also try going to 192.168.100.1

    Thanks for your help.  Unfortunately I just tried and neither of those suggestions worked.

      What error are you getting? 

      whats actually happening when you do that? 

      have you tried hardwired into the router?

        Yes I am hardwired to my router. See screenshots of the error message I am getting.
