C6300v2 wifi connection
Still trying to understand how to get my Ring doorbell to connect to Xfinity 2G while all else connects at 5G. Will wifi run at both speeds simultaneously ? I have downloaded all manuals, read, and nothing addresses this. 2 computers and ipad work fine with at least 400 mbps and ring doorbell will not connect my attempts. Doorbell is 2017 model- is it possible that it will not accept the higher mbps ? Thanks

During setup of the ring device, make sure whatever phone/tablet you're using for setup, is connected to the 2.4ghz. once the ring is fully setup, then you can swap the phone/tablet back to 5ghz.
