C6300v2 WiFi Not Showing Up

Hi my WiFi Network Name isn’t popping up at all. I turned it off several times , rested several times , unplugged everything and yet it still didn’t pop up. I called my internet company && they couldn’t help me out either. Can someone please help me ?
