Can anyone tell me where I will find the password.  I just bought the router and I am trying to set it up

    Password to log into the router gui or password for the wifi? 

    If its to the gui, the defaults are:

    login: admin

    password: password

     

    the wifi ssid/password should be on the label. 

    Or you can hardwire into the router via ethernet (bypassing needing the wifi password) and view/change them through the gui.

       You might find some relevant information in a widely neglected

       Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
    for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read.  Look first
    for "Types of logins".  Further reading might not hurt, either.
