Can I use Netgear RH48-1201000DB as power supply with WAX 610

Not sure what power supply you're referencing but many supplies will work if it matches the needed requirements.
the WAX610 needs 12v DC and 2.5A to power it.
If thats what the power supply puts out, it should work.
What was this adapter supplying power to?
