Can not upload chk file

Hello Can any one help ? Having trouble  latest upgrading firmware, will not let me upload because it is a chk file, tried to do it on web page where it says check, but no yes button to start upgrad...

   I trust that you understand why saying that you have a problem with
"a chk file" might not lead to a suggestion that you extract the
contents of an unmentioned zip archive.
