1. what modem/gateway do you have?
2. what router do you have?
3. what firmware is on it?

A picture may be worth a thousand words, but "no words" is worth nothing.
You will see from other conversations that this place is mostly written down stuff. By all means add pictures to clarify your story, but start with a description of your issues.
Can you explain what you are doing and where things go wrong?
What TV? Streaming from what and to what?
And what Netgear equipment do you own?
Then there are the questions from plemans. They may be the same old same old, but they are there for a reason.
