Cannot access router management

I have not been able to access the router management page using a computer or mobile app since lately.  I have tried chrome, safarit, firefox and the Genie app.  I even tried my laptop hard wired eth...

You have the C6300?

did you try using its ip address? or using the routerlogin address?

Try 192.168.1.1

or 

192.168.100.1

Yes the model is C6300.  I tried that router IP and routerlogin.net in different web browsers.  It has always has been 192.168.0.1.

        Have you tried a factory reset? 

        Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?
