Cannot connect completely on IPhone

Works great with my laptop. Cannot get it to completely work on my IPhone. Only thing working is Facebook. Google, find friends, and the App store says not connected to internet. Help

    Hi Patty54,

     

    1. What is the model number and firmware version of the device?

    2. Please make sure that the iPhone is connected to your WiFi network.

    3. Are your other wireless devices (other than the laptop - other smartphone/s, tablet, etc.) working fine?

    4. Have you tried resetting the router?
