Welcome to the community, joedjo
I suggest that you factory reset the router then reconfigure it manually.
Make sure to use a wired computer when reconfiguring the router.

I have already reset the routeur
All devices are connected to internet (internet radio, camera, my laptop)
They all appear under netgear genie!
If I connect my laptop to the router with a cable I get the same message! (and no login screen)
I think there is a problem on my laptop ...?
Because if I try to connect to the routeur with my smartphone I get the login screen!

Are you using the router's IP address in your browser or http://www.routerlogin.net?
Maybe try them both.
Also, is this a new set up, or was the router working before?

I tried both methods via 10.0.0.1 and http://www.routerlogin.net?
I get the same message each time as soon as I click on one of the 2 links.I don't know if the parameters are "new set up" or "router working before" since I can not connect
When I do a reset it is a new set up no?- StephenBDec 23, 2016Guru - Experienced User

"router working before" means at some time in the past you were able to connect to the web ui.
Did you check that your router is still using 10.0.0.x addresses?
