I think I will not hear from Kaspersky for several days.And I had a little time today.
So I uninstalled Kaspersky Internet security.
And now I have access to my router
I reinstalled Kaspersky and everything is ok (until now....)
I will give you the answer from Kaspersky's technical service.Thanks you very much for your help

Hello
I just got a response from Kaspersky asking me to do some manipulations.
As I said before, on my laptop everything is now ok
I thought of testing them on my wife's laptop but first I tried to connect to the router and everything works again.
I don't understand anything
I've been trying for more than a week and nothing worked
Unless kaspersky has changed settings in a recent update!
