Have you tried the obvious?:

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Further reading might not hurt,
either.

And then what? From here, with my weak psychic powers, I can't see
any of the LEDs on any of your devices. I also can't point a web
browser at any of them, and try any of the stuff which you might find
under "Troubleshooting" in a User Manual. Given no information beyond
"doesn't work", it's tough to make specific suggestions.
