cannot reset password

Trying to change password because f'ing Ring doorbell can't setup with a password that has special characters in it, which is always a recommended method.

After a factory reset of the modem I logged in using the factory defaults. When i login and try to change the password I get the error:

Sorry, your page is expired.
Please click the menu to re-enter the page.
