When I went throught hte set up for the printer, it says the printer connected. But, neither iPad will recognize it and when I go into the Router settings, it does not show it.

Check to see if the printer has an IP address from the router.
From the printer settings, you should be able to see if the printer has an IP address.
Once you have it, verify if you can ping that IP address. You will need to open a command prompt in order to ping the IP address.

The Printer User Interface shows 192.168.1.11 as the printer IP Address. But, when I go into the Router Interface, and select "attached devices" it does not show that IP address.
I will try pinging it when I get home this evening.
