Canon MG3620 Wireless Printer Connectivity Issue

Your printer should be trying to connect to the router's 2.4ghz frequency. Ensure 2.4ghz is enabled, and using channel 1,6, or 11 on the router - not auto channel. Make sure the printer is close enough to the router, so that it has a strong signal. Some of these wreless radios on printers, are not that strong. 

I'm in the router user interface and do not see any way to change the frequency

As you can see, some setting were blank. But, it is obviously connected to the wireless router but, neither of my two iPads will recognize the printer.
