Canon MG3620 Wireless Printer Connectivity Issue
I just purchased a new Canon MG3620 wireless printer and have followed all of the set up steps but our iPads will not "find" the printer. During the printer setup, it recognizes and signs on to the ...
My son called this evening and fixed it in ten minutes. It was a router security conflict.
I'm in the router user interface and do not see any way to change the frequency

As you can see, some setting were blank. But, it is obviously connected to the wireless router but, neither of my two iPads will recognize the printer.
