cant access remote management
Hi, I have a R7199LG router (WIFI+4G failover). The router is connected to my DSL box and I enable Remote Management to "on" (with "everyone" set just to give a test, I will restrict later on).
The Netgear genie site tells me that my remote management address is https://192.168.1.32:8080
But when I test this from another network it doesnt work.
And If I replace by this internal IP by the visible one that I see on https://www.whatismyip.com, I still can't connect to my router.
Looking at the documentation, it should be a no brainer. But I can't solve this and I'm not an expert in network. Can anyone help ?

Not a very detailed description of anything.

Right, it wouldn't. Apparently, your (unspecified) "my DSL box"
includes a router, and that "192.168.1.32" address would be useful from
only the LAN on your (unspecified) "my DSL box", not from the outside
world.

Right, because that is the WAN/Internet IP address of your
(unspecified) "my DSL box", not the R7100LG.

Sometimes, "no brain" is not enough. Cascading multiple routers can
cause multiple problems, such as this one.
If you can configure your (unspecified) "my DSL box" in some kind of
modem-only/bridge mode, and you can get the R7100LG configured to talk
to your DSL ISP that way, then that could solve the problem by
eliminating the router which currently lies between your ISP and theR7100LG.
Alternatively, you might be able to configure port forwarding on
your (unspecified) "my DSL box" which would make the R7100LG more
accessible from the outside world (at that public IP address you got
from the what's-my-IP-address site).
Depending on what your (unspecified) "my DSL box" actually is, and
whether your DSL service uses PPPoA or PPPoE, I'd first try for the
modem-only/bridge mode scheme, because this might not be the only
problem which you'll encounter when you cascade two routers.

I've been setting my DSL Box (freebox, from Free in France) to bridge mode and now it works fine with Ethernet... until my R7100LG failover to 3G. In this case, I have the similar problem. It looks like my 3G service provider (Bouygues Telecom) is acting as a router so my public IP is different from my Netgear IP. I have a no-ip dynamic dns which also doesn't update in this case.
Is there any way to solve this ?
Do you think this could depend on the mobile service provider or will it be the same whatever mobile service provider ?
